1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Xi'an Xunfan Software Technology Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), the operator of EasyRemote. By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Description of Service

EasyRemote provides subscription-based, license-activated software for screen sharing, live troubleshooting, remote help sessions, and related support workflows. Our Service includes software licenses, technical support, and related services.

3. License Activation and Subscriptions

EasyRemote is primarily activated with a license key and does not require an account for standard use. Certain billing, support, or administrative experiences may still involve account-based surfaces where applicable. You are responsible for safeguarding your license key and any credentials associated with your subscription.

3.1 Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. The specific terms of your subscription, including duration, features, and pricing, will be specified at the time of purchase.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at the beginning of each renewal period. You may cancel your subscription through the billing tools made available by Paddle or by contacting customer support.

4. Payment and Billing

By purchasing our Service, you agree to pay all charges associated with your subscription at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. All applicable taxes will be calculated and collected as part of the payment process.

4.1 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will take effect at your next billing cycle. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies only to first-time purchases and does not apply to subscription renewals.

5.2 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Service until that time. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee.

5.3 Refund Process

5.4 Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds may be denied in cases of:

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes

6. Use License and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use EasyRemote in accordance with your subscription plan.

You may not:

  • modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the software
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • use the software for any commercial purpose beyond the scope of your subscription
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
  • use the software to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • share your license key, account credentials, or allow unauthorized access

7. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We provide technical support to active subscribers through our support channels.

7.1 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance that temporarily interrupts the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and any related credentials
  • All activities that occur under your subscription or account, where applicable
  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Using the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Respecting the rights and privacy of others

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EASYREMOTE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription, license key, account access where applicable, and use of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyRemote operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
